Had an awesome stay with my friends! We loved visiting the local beach and the nearby amusement park. The room was clean enough for our needs and great for chilling after our day out. Just be ready for a slight wait at breakfast, but it’s worth it!

Just an appropriate option for a swift visit in Bournemouth with best value for money ratio. The noisy neighbors were a pain, but the staff did respond promptly. If you're sensitive to sounds, pack earplugs.

I loved that the location was perfect. it was just a short walk to the beach! My two girls had a blast building sandcastles and splashing in the waves. The staff was friendly, and they managed to accommodate us despite our early arrival.

My kids wished there were better facilities for families. A dedicated area for kids to play would make the experience much more enjoyable.

I appreciated the friendly staff who were always ready to assist with any request I had I also enjoyed the convenient location since it was just a short walk to the beach which made for pleasant evenings. The room, although small, provided all the essentials and I found it to be great value for my stay.

Not the best stay

We had a family room, but a bit of a mess. The shower mixer was broken, so we had to wash the kids with wipes. Carpet was kinda old, and the place could use a good dusting. Staff were sweet though, just wish the basics were better.

but i had no soap or shampoo, and the room was tiny, like really really basic. also, no breakfast service at all.

The room was really cramped, not enough space to move around comfortably. I found the bedding a bit stained, which was a letdown. The walls were super thin, so I definitely heard my neighbors. The bathroom was also a bit sketchy and didn’t feel clean at all. On the plus side, the location was decent. I could walk to places easily, which was cool.

This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and laundry. On my first stay, the staff offered great tips about the town. I highly recommend it for a city trip!
